Session 3: Body Movement
Kris Lyons of Piece Wellness will present on body movement as a way to bounce back from many different kinds of stress. Passionate about the core, mind and body, Kris invites you to bring an active, curious mind as she will share the benefits of body movement as a way to build resiliency. She also leads us through some core body movements (aka exercises) you can do every day to help your body bounce back from any stressors that may come your way.
