2022 is coming to a quick close. I don’t know about you, but even though the last 12 months have been awesometastic, I’m ready for a reset. I’ve been eating way too many sweets, (OK-eating too much in general), not moving my body enough and, not to mention, letting worry get the best of me. And yes, my clothes are a bit snugger than they were in September.
