Bringing together my scientific nursing and health educator background and my Christian faith, I began to understand how the body works. Since earning my Master’s Degree in Community Health Education and becoming a National Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing amazing transformations when people pray often, eat well & move more – fueling and moving their body according to God’s design.
