I’ve struggled with maintaining healthy habits for decades. It wasn’t until I entered menopause I realized just how important praying often, eating well & moving more were to my overall health & well-being.
Through many ups-and-downs of my health journey in my 20s and 30s, I learned firsthand how powerful body movement and food could be on our mind, body, and spirit.
But it wasn’t until my 40’s when I put my scientific nursing background together with my Christian faith, that I realized how God designed our bodies and that a genuine connection with God was the missing piece to my overall health & well-being puzzle.
