I have many people asking me different ways to use the two things coming out of everyone’s ears right now-cucumbers & tomatoes.

Here’s a recipe that has a little different twist on the traditional cucumber salad.  I’ve added a few herbs to it to give it a great Italian flavor that will leave you coming back for more!

Just make sure to refrigerate what is not eaten within 2 hours due to the mayo.
