So, the discovery call is a way for us to talk before you decide if my coaching is right for you.

In order to take advantage of the package, you just need to either reach out to me to express interest or schedule your Discovery Call using the link above by the 10th. The actual call can be later in January. If you don’t see a time that works for you, email me with other dates/times that work better for you. We’ll find a time that works well to get you started!
I know the holidays can be a busy time for everyone and it can even run into January before we start to feel like our schedules slow down again, which is why you can purchase your package now and schedule your first session later. Your first session should be scheduled by the end of January to ensure we can get a good start on your goals for 2021!
If one of your goals is to eat well, we will work together to come up with an eating plan that works for you. This may be how to select ready to eat, cooking methods that aren’t complicated or time-consuming and still produce delicious foods where you can easily eat well. We can also explore other things you can do to make eating well an easy life-long habit.
If one of your goals is to move your body more (aka exercise), then we will explore a variety of ways you can easily do this without going to the gym or purchasing expensive equipment and make moving more something you can easily do.
That’s the beauty of One-On-One Coaching! Especially my approach to health and wellness. During your One-On-One sessions and in the Pray. Eat. Move! program, we’ll take a look at where you currently are and help you discover ways you can easily take time for self-care.
