About Me

As a Christian, RN and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a Master’s Degree in Community Health Education, I’ve learned how God designed our bodies to thrive.  I’ve witnessed amazing transformations when people feel supported, encouraged & understood as they find enjoyable ways to pray often, eat well & move more.

With over 2 decades of nursing experience, I’ve seen blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, weight, digestive issues (and more) all creep up, robbing people of physical health, mental health, finances and quality of life. And everything that’s happened in 2020 has only compounded these issues for many people.

Do I Need to Decide Before Scheduling a Discovery Call?

Definitely Not. The discovery call is a chance for us to connect and see if we’re a good fit to work together. I want to be sure all my clients are ready for coaching, but I also want you to feel comfortable with me. So, the discovery call is a way for us to talk before you decide if my coaching is right for you. 

Does my Discovery Call have to be before January 10th? Or can I wait to talk to Julie after the 10th?

Your Discovery Call can take place after the 10th.  In order to take advantage of the package, you just need to either reach out to me to express interest or schedule your Discovery Call using the link above by the 10th.  The actual call can be later in January.  If you don’t see a time that works for you, email me with other dates/times that work better for you.  We’ll find a time that works well to get you started!  

I don't have time right now. Do I have to schedule all my sessions right away?

I know the holidays can be a busy time for everyone and it can even run into January before we start to feel like our schedules slow down again, which is why you can purchase your package now and schedule your first session later. Your first session should be scheduled by the end of January to ensure we can get a good start on your goals for 2021!

I don't like to/know how to cook. Will there be a lot of cooking?

 If one of your goals is to eat well, we will work together to come up with an eating plan that works for you.  This may be how to select ready to eat, cooking methods that aren’t complicated or time-consuming and still produce delicious foods where you can easily eat well.  We can also explore other things you can do to make eating well an easy life-long habit.

What if I don't want to go to the gym and/or don't have exercise equipment at home

If one of your goals is to move your body more (aka exercise), then we will explore a variety of ways you can easily do this without going to the gym or purchasing expensive equipment and make moving more something you can easily do.

I have a hard time finding time to do anything for myself. How will I be able to find the time to create new habits?

That’s the beauty of One-On-One Coaching!  Especially my approach to health and wellness.  During your One-On-One sessions and in the Pray. Eat. Move! program, we’ll take a look at where you currently are and help you discover ways you can easily take time for self-care.  Recharging so you can lead the happy, active, vibrant life God is calling you to!
