Bringing together my scientific Nursing and Health Educator background and my Christian faith, I began to understand how God designed our bodies to work. Specifically the role food plays as a foundational component to overall health and well-being on all levels. Since earning my Master’s Degree in Community Health Education and becoming a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing amazing transformations when people pray often, eat well & move more – fueling and moving their body according to God’s design. Many times in just a few weeks to a few months.
I knew I had to find a way to share this information with more people, so I created the Finding Freedom in Food Program to give you the information, tools, encouragement and support you need to change your relationship with food, allowing you to easily eat well so you can lead the happy, active, vibrant life you really want – and God really wants for you.
As an RN with over 2 decades of experience, I’ve seen blood pressure, weight, cholesterol, blood sugar & digestive issues creep up, robbing people of physical health, mental health, finances and quality of life. Many of them think it’s just too hard or a chore to create healthier eating habits, much less stick with them long term. But I’m here to tell you there is a better way.
