That's Why I've Created The Finding Freedom in Food Online Program

Bringing together my scientific Nursing and Health Educator background and my Christian faith, I began to understand how God designed our bodies to work.  Specifically the role food plays as a foundational component to overall health and well-being on all levels.  Since earning my Master’s Degree in Community Health Education and becoming a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing amazing transformations when people pray often, eat well & move more – fueling and moving their body according to God’s design.  Many times in just a few weeks to a few months.  

I knew I had to find a way to share this information with more people, so I created the Finding Freedom in Food Program to give you the information, tools, encouragement and support you need to change your relationship with food, allowing you to easily eat well so you can lead the happy, active, vibrant life you really want – and God really wants for you.  

As an RN with over 2 decades of experience, I’ve seen blood pressure, weight, cholesterol, blood sugar & digestive issues creep up, robbing people of physical health, mental health, finances and quality of life.  Many of them think it’s just too hard or a chore to create healthier eating habits, much less stick with them long term.  But I’m here to tell you there is a better way.  Summer is the best time to start!  Eating well can be simple, easy, inexpensive and full of flavor!   Yes, you can make eating well your new normal.  And I want you to experience this journey too!

What if I'm not available for the Live Q&A Chats ?

No worries!  These sessions will be recorded and available for you to watch in our Private VIP Facebook Community when you have time.

What if I have questions along the way ?

I’ll be available for support and questions in the Private Facebook Community as well as through email at julie@juliegrunklee.com.  If you tag me in a post, send me a private message or email, I’ll do my best to respond within 24 hours so you can continue making progress in the program.

What if I don't have time right now?

If your time is limited, this program is perfect for you!  This program shows you how you can make small, but meaningful shifts to your eating habits that actually save you time.  You’ll also receive lifetime access to all the lessons and materials for the program so you can always go back, review or go through the program again if you need to.

What if I decide this isn't the right program for me after I buy it? Do you offer returns?
